It appears that we are not yet in touch with (or at least, not yet effectively addressing) the deepest root cause(s) of age-related decline, and too focused on downstream damage. The Whack-a-mole approach, which will be increasingly challenged as a progressively increasing number of moles pop up, is essentially doomed to incremental improvement and ultimate failure. I suspect that even massive/progressive organ replacement will suffer from this effect, as each fresh organ will suffer accelerated aging by the progressively degrading plasma constitution. I'd greatly appreciate your take on this perspective.

A key insight from longevity science is that lifespan and healthspan are not the same. Genetics and access to care matter, but daily behaviors such as sleep, fitness, metabolic health, and stress management remain some of the strongest modifiable predictors of long-term cognitive and physical performance. Sustainable output starts with sustainable biology.
